الشهد ان لا اله الّا الله
Ash hadu Allah ilaha illallah

أسألك الجنّة وأعوذ بك من النّار
As’aluk aljannata Wa a’udhubika minan naar
اللهمّ إنّك عفوّ تحبّ العفو فاعف عنّى
Allahumma innaka ‘afuwwun tuhibbul’afwa fa’fua’anni
English translation
I testify that there is no god but Allah,
I beg forgiveness of Allah,
Grant me paradise,
and I seek refuge in Allah from the punishment of hell.
O Allah, You love forgiving, so please forgive me
